Remote Online Notarization (RON) process in 5 simple and quick steps:

1. Verify Your Identity:
   The notary will confirm your identity through a secure process called "credential analysis". You’ll need to present a valid photo ID, which is checked online to verify your identity.

2. Secure Video Interaction:
   You’ll connect with the notary through secure video. The notary will observe you signing the document in real time, ensuring compliance and authenticity.

3. Final Review:
   Once signed, the notary and signer will conduct a final review of the document(s) to ensure everything is complete and accurate before proceeding.

4. Notary Approval:
   The notary will apply their electronic stamp/seal, officially notarizing your document digitally.

5. No Paper Needed:
   The entire process is electronic—no paper copies or ink signatures are required. The finalized notarized (signed and sealed) document is then emailed directly to the signer in PDF form for further use and can also be printed if needed for official purposes.
